We aim to deliver your orders promptly. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

Accessibility & Fit

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are accessible and that furniture fits through doorways, stairwells, and hallways.

Inspection & Risk

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Inspect products immediately and document any damage on carrier paperwork within 24–48 hours.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

Urban Modus is not liable for damage occurring after delivery, including during handling, assembly, or installation.
