Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order products are final sale. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled except for verified defects or damages.
Standard Item Returns
Standard items may be returned within 30 days if unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Return Costs & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee (e.g., 15%) may be applied for inspection and processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damages must be noted on delivery paperwork and reported within 24–48 hours. If reported correctly, we may offer replacement, repair, or refund.
